Sessions will include deep dives into Live and Recorded Music, Publishing, Composing and Songwriting, Music and A1, Music Funding and Playlisting in Radio. Focusing on the last 12 months, where we find ourselves now and the pathway towards the future of a viable, sustainable, creative and inclusive music industry in Northern Ireland.
The Ivors Academy is very happy to partner on the Songwriting, Composing & Publishing panel taking place at 14:40 – 15:30. The panel which will look at opportunities now and in the future for musicians whose work is focused around composing along with their music publisher counterparts. The session will be hosted by Mark Gordon (IA Media Committee) along with Film & TV Composer Clair Batchelor, Songwriter Lady V and David McGinnis from MuteSong with further guests to be confirmed.
