ENTER OUR AWARDS

The Ivors Academy accepts entries and submissions for consideration for all its award ceremonies.

Entries are invited at specific times of the year for consideration at The Ivors and The Ivors Classical Awards ceremonies.

Anyone can enter an eligible work, including the songwriter or composer themselves. The Ivors Academy also welcomes third party suggestions for Gift of the Academy award recognition and the opportunity to submit suggestions is available on a year-round basis.

All entries are submitted through our Awards Entry website.

The Ivors 2024

Celebrating creative excellence by British, Irish or UK resident songwriters and screen composers.

Commercially released songs, albums, feature film, television and video game scores that were released in the UK within the awards year are recognised in our competitive award categories. Individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in songwriting are recognised in our Gift of the Academy Awards.

The Ivors Classical Awards 2023

Celebrating creative excellence by British, Irish or UK resident classical composers and sound artists.

Classical music or sound art premiered to UK audiences within the awards year are recognised in our competitive award categories. Individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in classical composition are recognised in our Gift of the Academy Awards.
