The Ivors Academy Membership Bursary Scheme

We offer a limited number of membership bursaries for people who face financial barriers to joining The Ivors Academy.

The bursary covers the cost of an annual membership of The Ivors Academy, a saving of £95 for Standard members and £52 for Early Career members. Bursaries are provided by The Ivors Academy Trust from a fund bequeathed by the late composer and creators’ rights campaigner David Ferguson. The Ivors Academy Trust continues to fundraise to provide music creators with access to The Ivors Academy and to music industry networking, mentoring, awards entry and training opportunities.

To become a member of The Ivors Academy, you must be:

• A songwriter or composer
• Over 18 years old
