ENTRANCE DETAILS
Provided on your digital entrance ticket.
DIGITAL ENTRANCE TICKETS
Guests must have a valid ticket to gain entry.
All confirmed ticket holders will receive their individual ticket via email from Thursday 16th May. This will be sent as an automated email and may go to your junk folder. If you have not received your ticket by Monday 20th May, please let The Ivors Academy’s Awards Team know via the contact details below.
The unique QR code on your digital ticket will be scanned by security on entry.
If you have received a ticket but are now unable to attend, please inform your table host and The Ivors Academy’s Awards Team as soon as possible.
LUNCH MENU & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The lunch menu can be found here.
Please ensure you have informed your table host or The Ivors Academy’s Awards Team of any special dietary requirements by Friday 17th May.
CLOAKROOM & DRESS CODE
There will be cloakroom facilities exclusively available to our guests. Guests are requested to avoid bringing luggage such as overnight bags with them to the venue to help avoid queues.
The dress code is smart casual.

THE AUDLEY
After the event, general guests are very welcome to continue the celebration at The Audley Public House at 41-43 Mount Street. Please note the pub will be open as usual and operating a paying bar.
