Nicky Carder will join the organisation next month to fill a newly created role as Membership Manager. Nicky has previously served a one and a half year tenure at the Music Managers Forum (MMF) as Membership Secretary. She will join the membership team headed up by Fran Matthews, who was promoted earlier in the year to Director of Membership and Awards, and work alongside Tareic Alphonse, who joined the membership team in the summer as Membership Administrator.
The Academy also welcomes Julia Rowan who joins as Policy Coordinator. Julia will provide support to the organisation’s four committees and board, as well as drive and implement The Ivors Academy’s campaigns efforts and policy agenda.
