The Ivors Academy made the decision last year to establish an Ethics Committee focused on creating a set of ethical standards and a framework focusing on inclusion, anti-discrimination, anti-hate speech and establishing a forum for addressing grievance complaints and broader conduct issues of members and staff.
As part of the Committee’s efforts to establish this framework, we would like to invite a number of members to take part in an Members Roundtable Discussion on The Ivors Academy’s ethical framework on 15 March 14:00 – 16:00 on Zoom.
The session will be led by The Ivors Academy Ethics Committee Chair and Co-Founder and Managing Director of Howlett Brown, Charlene Brown.
We want to provide a safe space for members to join the conversation and shape the ethical framework being developed for the Academy.
We want to know:
- What the issues are
- What in the industry is needed
- How ethics affects you and your organisation
- Your thoughts on the proposed framework
If you would like to attend, please email nicky@ivorsacademy.com by Tuesday 9th March at 12pm.
