Roberto Neri, CEO of The Ivors Academy, said, “We’re pleased to welcome such an influential group of speakers and sponsors to our first Summit. It will be a special opportunity to hear directly from those leading change across publishing, licensing, tech and creator advocacy. Whether it’s enhancing royalties, defending creator rights, or shaping the future of AI, the conversations we’ll host will be honest, global and focused on empowering songwriters and composers while connecting them with the global music industry.”

On Thursday 3 April, The Ivors Academy is bringing together songwriter and composer members for a roundtable event to help shape the programme and ensure it reflects the real issues and priorities they face.

The Ivors Academy Summit is a new one-day event bringing together songwriters, composers, and the global music industry just two days ahead of The Ivors with Amazon Music on 22 May. Through podcast-style conversations, keynotes, and interactive sessions, the Summit will explore the forces shaping music today, from royalties and rights management to mental health and wellbeing and the rapid evolution of AI.
