For Stress Awareness Month, Music Minds Matter is inviting you to join our online #RestClub brought to you in partnership with our ally The Ivors Academy.
Join us on 1st of May for an online session where we will take time to breathe, rest and explore how we can make more time for the different types of rest we need to recharge and experience good quality rest.
