The Great Room
Wheelchair access is available via Guest Lifts located in the hotel lobby via the Main Entrance on Park Street. Lift access to the Great Room is restricted to the hotel guests therefore the lift will be operated by a member of Grosvenor House security team to access the Great Room Balcony and Lower Ground Floor.
Ballroom
Wheelchair Access is available via the entrance located next to the main Ballroom Entrance on Park Lane.
Accessible facilities are located near the lifts in the main lobby, on both levels of the Great Room and the Ballroom.
Please let the Academy know if you have access requirements when booking your ticket and on the day the welcoming team will provide assistance if required.
There will be cloakroom facilities exclusively available to our guests. Guests are requested to avoid bringing luggage such as overnight bags with them to the venue to help avoid queues.

If arriving by car there is on site parking charged daily at £60, subject to availability.
