If you can't attend, you can still have your say by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf and submitting a question via email.

How to vote if you can't attend
If you can’t attend the AGM, you can still have your say by appointing a proxy to speak and vote on your behalf. Complete a proxy form and return by email or post by 16:00 on Wednesday 16 July.

To appoint the Chair as your proxy to vote on your behalf, use the name Tom Gray and email address [email protected] to complete the form.
Late or unsigned forms, however delivered, cannot be accepted.
